The ancient city of Hierapolis and Pamukkale (tur. Pamukkale, in the lane - "cotton castle")

It includes geothermal springs with a water temperature of 36 ° C, terraced ponds formed from travertine, as well as the territory of the ancient city of Hierapolis.


LAKE SALDA (tur. Salda Gölü) is a crater lake in southwestern Turkey.

The surface area of ​​the lake is 45 km², the length of the lake is 8 km, the width is 8 km, and the height above sea level is 1165 m. The depth reaches 200 meters. The lake is a popular tourist destination, especially for the hydromagnesite mineral, which is believed to be a cure for some dermatological conditions. White sandy beaches, clear water and seven crystal white islands in the lake complete the unusual landscape.
